Battlestar Galactica is an online sci-fi role playing game based on the popular Battlestar Galactica franchise. You can play as a Cylon or Human to battle it out in space. Bigpoint, (the creator of Dark Orbit) is developing Battlestar Galactica Online.
Similar to Dark Orbit, Battlestar Galactica Online is also a real-time combat game that allows players to purchase various ships and outfit them with dozens of parts. This game gives players freedom to explore various worlds, and unlock new weapons, ships, and parts as they progress.
Battlestar Galactica Online was created by using the powerful Unity engine which ultimately results in gorgeous 3D graphics. Players will be able to get off their ships to explore the BSG universe, but there’s no land based combat component in Battlestar Galactica Online.
BSG takes the browser genre to next level. People who are new to the world of 3D MMO will surely get their heads blow off because Battlestar Galactica looks spectacular for a browser game.
