Good: The best aspect to Command & Conquer Tiberium Alliances is without a doubt the unique approach to MMORTS combat. Using an automated but customizable combat engine allows players to use various tactics, while enjoying high quality graphics and animations.
Bad: The game is very PvP orientated. Although this is a great thing for many players, those new to the MMORTS world or those playing alone in Command & Conquer Tiberium Alliances may find the start of their journey very difficult.

One of the most innovative aspects of Command & Conquer Tiberium Alliances is the unique approach to MMORTS combat. Many RTS games stray away from graphical combat, offering players automated battles with little to no animations. Command & Conquer Tiberium Alliances rewrites the MMORTS combat system with a fresh approach, offering players automated combat with highly strategical choices and great graphics. When players attack an enemies base they’re able to view the defenses their enemy has put into place. They can then choose which area of the base each of their troops will approach, giving them plenty of choices to avoid certain defense turrets or enemy placements. Once a player locks in their choices the battle takes place in glorious fashion as units proceed towards their targets while annihilating everything that blocks their path.
The same in-depth system applies when players construct and train the various amounts of structures and units that can defend a base. Players place each unit in a specific area, paying close attention to it’s range and damage type, before locking them into place. Units can be moved freely between battles but players have to pay careful attention to the placement of their units as leaving even the small gap in defenses can be catastrophic.
