Diablo 3 PvP Delayed Yet Again
Thousands of players reported their disappointment with the lack of PvP in the launch of Diablo III and them same players face disappointment yet again after a recent announced confirmed the fears of many. Although many expected the highly anticipated feature to be ready for release, Blizzard recently announced that the PvP was not polished enough for release, mainly due to scrapping the entire system just weeks before launch.
Game Director Jay Wilson posted on the official forums about the next stage of development for the dungeon-crawling title. He mentioned areas of weakness currently plaguing PvP including a lack of balance and no dueling options. Dueling will be available with the upcoming 1.0.7 patch but players looking for more large-scale combat will have to wait for some time as the developers begin work from scratch.
Built upon the greatest dungeon crawling franchise of all time Diablo 3 was set to impress millions when it released last May. However, a huge array of technical difficulties and some undesirable changes left many fans wanting. The game has all since gone quiet on the big scenes, with only the most loyal of players sticking around. Let’s hope the game can still be saved after the PvP update has been deployed.
