Dragon Nest Review
Easily one of the best assets of Dragon Nest is the character creation and progression systems. You can edit various aspects of your character during creation, allowing you to create a virtual version of yourself, or your ideal noble warrior. There are 5 classes available, Warrior, Archer, Cleric, Sorceress and Tinkerer. Each class follows typical MMORPG archetypes such as pet class and damage dealer, but once you reach level 15 you’re able to choose an advanced specialization for your class. Alongside your main class, your specialization class offers more skills, abilities and stats. Each class has 2 different specialization classes to choose from, each focusing on one particular strength of the original base class.
Another great feature in Dragon Nest is the customizable dungeon system. There are dozens of dungeons within the game, all of which can easily be accessed using the dungeon finder hub. Each dungeon includes different challenges, dozens of monsters and a difficult boss fight. The dungeon hub shows you what quests can be completed in each dungeon, the possible rewards and any achievements that can be completed while inside. You can also select which difficulty you want to try, there are 5 in total, ranging from Easy to Abyss. Experienced groups or guilds will want to try Abyss mode that offers large groups of monsters, elite monsters, the toughest boss challenges available and some of the best loot in the game.
