New Video For World Of Warplanes Details Carrier Based Planes
Wargaming.net have just released information on the official World of Warplanes website detailing some more of the historic planes that will be featured in the World War II dog-fighting MMO. The video demonstrates the awesome amount of firepower and maneuverability available to the newly released carrier-based aircraft, bringing the total number of available planes in the US tech tree up to nine. Included in the video are the Grunman F2F, F2A Buffalo, Vought F7U and arguably one of the weirdest designed aircraft in aviation history, the Chance Vought F5U.
Wargaming.net are pushing their titles hard, World of Tanks continues to dominate the World War II shooting genre, and their upcoming titles World of Warplanes and World of Battleships are looking to be just as successful. This latest video follows an announcement late last month detailing the upcoming gaming portal, a system that will combine all three of Wargaming.nets games into one program that will allow players to simultaneously patch and monitor all three titles. Other features of the upcoming portal can be found here.
World of Warplanes is currently in a closed beta stage but applications are still open. Interested players will want to head on over to the website and apply for the beta.
