Nexeon Announce Huge Update For Face Of Mankind
Nexeon, developers and publishers of the player driven, fantasy epic Face of Mankind, have just released information on the latest update to hit the servers. The update brings a plethora of new features to the unique MMO title and is considered to be one of the best updates to date. The latest content to hit the servers gives players even more control over the game world, providing various opportunities such as being able to set up your own shop or business, or even join a group of bandits smuggling in illegal materials.
If I could think of a stronger word other than unique, I’d use it to describe Face of Mankind. The game has never really gotten the attention or popularity that it deserves but it definitely occupies a unique space within the MMORPG game genre. The game hasn’t been without issues as it originally launched as a pay to play title, before going offline for several months. Nexeon took the title under their wing and the game has been on the up ever since. I remember my first experience in Face of Mankind, and it’s not something I’ll forget any time soon. I logged into the game world, eager to explore and make new friends, only to be greeted with hostility. I was running around town with my weapon drawn and several players approached me warning that I would be punished if I continued my hostile stance. My pride took over and I refused to conceal my weapon, what could a group of players possibly do I thought. Well it appears a whole lot as I was imprisoned for some length of time and immediately had a bad reputation, followed by security wherever I went. Many games boast player-driven features but Face of Mankind really is a game governed by its population, everything from security to politics is all controlled by the player-base.
