Good: The casual approach is easily one of the best aspects of Pet Rescue Saga. Players can log into Facebook with a few clicks and can enjoy the variety offered by Pet Rescue Saga for free, without any large and time consuming downloads.
Bad: Although the game boasts a very casual approach, players used to a more in-depth strategy experience may be left a little disappointed by the simple mechanics featured in Pet Rescue Saga.

Pet Rescue Saga Review
So to begin with it seems that you have two little piglets stuck on top of a rather high set of bricks. These bricks are brightly colored and it will be explained to you at the beginning of the game that you are required to remove the blocks so that the piglets can get back to their home. To remove the blocks you need to have a strategic mind. The more blocks of one particular color there is, the higher score you will get. The idea is to remove the blocks that have the highest amount of bricks of the same color attached. You will be awarded stars at the end of each level to show well you scored. 3 stars will usually mean that you have aced the level with 100%. One star is not as good, but still a pass. The more stars you obtain the more coins you will achieve. As you continue to play, the levels become progressively harder.
The coins that you will receive at the end of each level will be stacked up until you need to use them. Different aids will be unlocked as you play. An example of this is the hammer. This can be used to knock out individual blocks to allow the blocks around it to move down and then form a bigger block of the same color – resulting in more points and fewer blocks left over at the end. This game first comes across as fairly simple, however to get 3 stars and to rescue every animal you really need to be strategic about which blocks you remove and when.
