Pockie Ninja 2
Good: It's rare for an MMO game to get a sequel but following the huge success of the original Pockie Ninja game, Pockie Ninja 2 improves on practically every aspect of its predecessor, making it a must-play MMORPG game for fans of the original.
Bad: Although Pockie Ninja 2 has improved on the original in many ways, it still uses the same turn-based, automated combat system. A feature that may seem a little dated when compared to other modern MMO games.
Pockie Ninja 2 is the sequel to the critically acclaimed MMORPG, Pockie Ninja. Featuring similar anime-inspired graphical designs and intense combat systems, Pockie Ninja 2 includes all of the features from the original with added KABLAM!
Pockie Ninja 2 Review
As with the original title Pockie Ninja 2 features a highly diverse skill system that allows players to combine abilities from a variety of disciplines. There are 10 disciplines in total including Fire Release, Water Release, Earth Release, Wind Release, Lightning Release, Taijutsu, Sealing, Weapon, Illusion and Healing. Each discipline contains at least 5 abilities, adding a total of 50 new skills to Pockie Ninja 2. Players can combine abilities from each discipline to create their own combat modes. For example, combining skills from Healing and Illusion can create defense mode, while combining skills from Fire Releases and Lightning Release will create attack mode.
As well a large variety of skills and abilities, Pockie Ninja 2 also features a massive selection of customizable player outfits. In total there are 100 different outfits available for players to choose, but these are not just simply aesthetic add-ons. Every one of the 100 outfits can change a players, stats, abilities, gear and skills. Combined with the highly in-depth ability system, the outfits allow for almost endless customization of character classes and abilities.
Another great feature in Pockie Ninja 2 is the community loved pet system. Players can either purchase eggs or gain them while questing. Once you’ve got your egg, you simply have to wait for it to hatch. Once your pet is hatched it can learn a variety of abilities and skills that can aid you during battle. If you want your pet to learn new skills, you’ll have to leave them in the Pet Kennel’s with a good selection of rare food. They then have a random chance of unlocking new skills and abilities once they earn a new level in the Pet Kennel’s.
