RaiderZ EU Open Beta Date Announced
GameForge have just announced the starting date for the EU open beta for their highly anticipated action MMORPG, RaiderZ. The open beta event will begin on October 24th, giving European players their first chance to sample the critically acclaimed MMORPG title.
In addition to the EU open beta date announcement, GameForge have also released some interesting player statistics that have been accumulated during the games lengthy closed beta period. There have been over 70,000 characters created and over 1,000 guilds maintained, which is enough to fill the massive UK based 02 Arena 3 times over.
RaiderZ has attracted the attention of critics and gamers alike for its unique take on action based combat. Step away from your typically mundane hot-key combat that you’ve experience in the majority of other MMO titles and replace it with an innovative combat system that involves heavy amounts of interaction with both boss monsters and the environment. There’s a huge selection of difficult fights in the game and players must use their intelligence and wits to outsmart their opponents, instead of relying on brute force and strong armor. Boss monsters will be able to toss you around, throw you into environmental hazards and even swallow you whole. You’ll have to rely on your team mates abilities to break you free, or you’ll face certain death.
Many gamers are comparing the combat in RaiderZ to the hugely popular console title, Monster Hunter. Similar to Monster Hunter each monster and boss in RaiderZ have different attacks, abilities and weaknesses, forcing players to learn the habits of their enemies if they want to be successful in combat.
