Riot Zone
The state of Merania has been overwhelmed by lawlessness. The once peaceful state has fighting on every corner of the street. If you’re searching for fierce combat and ferocious battles, all available inside your browser, Riot Zone may be just the thing for you.
Riot Zone Review
Riot Zone tells the story of the life of professional soldiers that are fighting to restore peace to Merania. When you create your character in Riot Zone you can join the services of a rebel faction that have been fighting the evil dictator for decades, attempting to end his rule of iron fist with violence and precision. Or maybe you’ll rather join the Coalition for a different approach to the story and game progression.
Unlike regular MMORTS games Riot Zone presents strategy in a mission-based system. So one mission you may be defending a convoy from a heavy enemy attack while other times you may be defending civilians as they travel through enemy territory.
In addition to the fast-paced combat every player has a Commander that is responsible for the character progression. Commanders are responsible for the traditional MMORTS aspects such as building up your base, hiring new troops and purchasing new equipment. It’s a user-friendly system with a very accessible user interface so it doesn’t feel as mundane a task as it does in other online strategy games.
Combining quick-fire mission with in-depth unit progression and a huge arsenal, Riot Zone deserves a spot among the higher quality MMORTS games available online today.
Despite the fact it’s a browser-based MMORTS game, Riot Zone presents itself in a high quality package. The graphics of the environments and characters, combined with the animations of gunfire and other weapons makes it easily one of the best looking MMORTS games available.
