Upcoming Free-To-Play Survival MMOFPS In Need Of Alpha Testers
The highly anticipated free-to-play survival MMOFPS based loosely around STALKER 2, Survarium, is crying out for alpha testers to help move the game to the next level. The game has already developed a large following due to its heavy focus on survival and instinct over that of typical twitch shooters, but the developers need the aid of players to help the game progress and become the top quality product they want to release.
The developers, Vostok, recently made a new post on the official website asking for fans of the game to sign up for alpha testing. They have said that they cannot guarantee a spot to everyone that signs up but they’re hoping to attract a variety of players and rigs so that they can really test the game and iron out any bugs and technical hiccups before releasing it to a wider audience.
“We will be choosing the candidates who best fit to the needs of each specific game testing stage,” reads the post. “We are going to pick users of various gaming styles and experience — from hardcore users to casual players, and on top of that we are going to test the game on a variety of hardware specs.”
The developers have asked players to submit highly accurate data when signing up for the alpha so that they can ensure every corner is covered. The game is scheduled to release in 2013 but interested players can get a sampling of what’s to come by signing up for the Survarium alpha.
